Refund policy

Refund Policy

We have a 14 day returns and refund policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping will need to be paid for all returns.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@eminencecarbon.com and we will respond in 24 hours. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package in 3 working days. We will ensure you receive your refund on receipt of your items being returned to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please be aware as stock levels may change we would always ask you to email us first and we will ensure your case is dealt with fully to ensure a satisfactory outcome. Items not in stock we will need a lead time of 1-2 weeks to make if you choose to cancel while your order is being processed to be made you will be charged a 20% fee for cancellation.

Damages and Issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you notice any damage please take photos for your records and contact us within 24 hours. Any clear coat damages will be accepted for return or exchanges within 30 days of the item being delivered. Please note that we are not responsible for any returns damaged during transit or missing. Please pack the item like how it was received. If the item has not been packaged the way you received the item we are not responsible for any damages or if the box opened and fell out of the box. 

Custom-crafted orders

Products labeled as "Custom-crafted upon order" are considered custom-made and are final sale. These items are identified by the term "Custom-crafted upon order" in the product description. Due to the nature of custom-made goods, they are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. If there is any damage or defect with your product(s), please email us at support@eminencecarbon.com with a detailed explanation of the issue, along with photos and videos, and we will assist you further.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 24 hours of receipt of delivery. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If you have placed a order and want to cancel your item there will be a 20% restock fee.

Lost or Stolen Packages 

Eminence Carbon is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a package is confirmed to be successfully delivered but you did not receive it, you must file a claim with the shipping carrier. We provide tracking information once packages are shipped and delivered. Please ensure you obtain your package promptly. It is ultimately your responsibility to file a claim with the mail carrier. Eminence Carbon cannot refund or resend lost or stolen items in these situations.

All returns and refunds and cancellations will be a 20% restock fee.

ALL RETURNS OR EXCHANGES OR DAMAGED ITEMS WILL BE ACCEPTED IF IT HAS BEEN LESS THAN 14 DAYS SINCE DELIVERY. Once we send a return label you will have 7 days to send the item back once it is past the 7 days we will not accept the return and you will not receive your refund.
